Josh first discovered yoga as a way to manage exam time stress at university. Dabbling in yoga over the years, a visit to a Sivananda ashram opened him up to the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice. Josh has completed over 500 hours of teacher trainings thru Octopus Garden and specializes in kids, vinyasa and restorative yoga.
