• For all classes for the 2019- 2020 season, students must be the recommended age or school grade by September 1, 2019.

  • Class level changes within the year may be permitted at the discretion of the Artistic Director.

  • Switching class days within the same level are permitted pending space and availability. Please notify us in writing two weeks in advance of general registration with requests to change class day and/or time. Class changes are not guaranteed.

  • Parent viewing is permitted only during designated days as outlined in our calendar.

  • Make Up Classes: If a class is missed, a child is allowed to attend 1 make up class per term. Make up classes attended must be at the equivalent age of the class currently enrolled in. Please contact the school to book a make-up class. Due to the production rehearsal process and nature of our summer programming, we cannot accommodate make-up classes during the spring or summer terms.

  • Trial Classes: We are pleased to offer a one-time FREE trial in classes where there is currently space for registration. Please email info@propeldancecentre.com to book. Trial classes must be booked ahead of time and students must have a signed liability waiver to participate.


  • Release of Liability Waiver: All students must have a completed release of liability waiver prior to the beginning of classes. Any student without a completed waiver will not be permitted to participate in class.

  • Waitlists are per term only and do not transfer from term to term.


  • A non-refundable $65 performance fee is mandatory per student, per class for students attending Spring Term (as of the 2019-2020 season).

  • Full Year Discount: When registering for the full year at once, a 10% discount will be applied to the class fees.

  • Sibling Discount (as of the 2019-2020 season): $20 off your registration fees per sibling pair, per term, or $60 off per sibling pair, per year. Email info@propeldancecentre.com for Promo Code before completing registration. This discount will also apply when registering for the full year.

  • Refunds: A full refund (less a $45 administrative fee) can be requested up to the first class in the session.

    • After the first class, no refunds will be processed.

    • If registration is made for 2 or 3 sessions at a time (10% discount) but cancelled without completing all sessions, the non-discounted price will be applied to the sessions completed.

  • Please note that students will not be registered without payment.


  • The schedule is subject to change pending registration and class sizes. We reserve the right to cancel or change classes at any time.

  • Inclement Weather: The school reserves the right to cancel any class due to inclement weather and no refunds will be processed as a result.
